Welcome to
PCS WebInteractive Remote Support. Through our WebInteractive
Support System, a PCS technician will initiate a screen-sharing
session with your computer, and will remotely control your PC
to resolve your issue.
Please be
aware that technical support through our remote support system
is only available upon request. Clients are required to call our
office at 203-250-6627 to coordinate and schedule a remote support
session.
Please note
that you may be charged remote support service fees for using
this service, depending on your level of service contract with
PCS. By entering the queue, you agree that you authorize such
charges as allocated in your service contract, and that you allow
a PCS technician to remotely connect to and control your computer.
