Unfortunately, no matter how many precautions you take, things can go wrong.  At Premier Computer Solutions, service does not stop after the sale.  We understand that when your computers are down, the business suffers. That is why our technical support representatives are always available to help you through your computing dilemmas.  Most issues can be resolved right over the phone.  Other, more complicated ones may warrant on-site dispatch of a technician, based on issue priority.  Special service agreements and discounts are available, however, support on a per occurrence basis is always welcome.
